Built to last a lifetime. From the start, our mission was simple: create a holder that reflects the same craftsmanship, quality, and longevity as the watches it protects. That’s why every GRAILS holder comes with a lifetime guarantee. If it ever fails because of how it was made, we’ll repair or replace it — no questions asked.

What’s covered?

Your GRAILS holder is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own it. If something goes wrong due to the way it was made, we’ll make it right.

What’s not covered?

Marks of use — scratches, patina, or the character it earns over time — are part of its story, not a defect. The guarantee also doesn’t cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including the leather inlay or Velcro adhesive dots)
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Modifications made after purchase (such as engraving or custom fittings)
• Non-genuine or counterfeit products

How does it work?

We may ask for proof of purchase or photos/videos to confirm the issue. If it’s covered, we’ll repair or replace your holder with a comparable model at no cost to you. If no comparable product exists, we’ll contact you to discuss options. Replacements may not be identical in color or finish, but the quality is always guaranteed.

How do I submit a claim?

If you believe your GRAILS holder qualifies for a replacement or repair, simply reach out through info@grailswatchstorage.com, and we will get back to you shortly.

This guarantee is the only one we offer, and it cannot be altered by distributors or resellers. Some markets may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so local consumer rights may still apply.
